The plethora of old trivial information is search engine fodder for old friends and colleagues.

What's New

This page is my new professional presence on the Web, and is massively under reconstruction; not all links work yet.

The Pages

Professional page (this one)
my advertised point-of-presence on the Web; information about my professional life
Personal page
information about my other interests
Home page (mirrored: the actual one is on my personal machines behind NAT and multiple layers of firewalls in my home network)
the page I use for daily navigation of the Internet; full of search forms, reference and useful links, and cool sites
Portal to family pages, some of which you'll need to get passwords to see; also some links to other friends personal pages.

About the Pages

These pages are composed the good old fashioned way: by hand using a text editor (Emacs). They are XHTML compliant, tested under Mozilla, Amaya, and Lynx. I attempt to keep the pages compliant with W3C AAA accessibility guidelines, and use the Bobby verifier to check. Let me know if you have problems using or viewing these pages (but I consider MS Internet Explore an unacceptable security risk and will not be able to test MSIE issues).

Disclaimer: This is my professional presence on the web, independent of any employer past or present. Any opinions or positions expressed on any page in this web tree are mine and not necessarily those of anyone else.
